Gather. Create. Connect. A space where women come together to make herbal medicines, understand their bodies, and remember what it feels like to be in community with other women who are paying attention.
There is something ancient and profound about women gathering to make medicine. To share what they know, what they've experienced, what they've healed — and what they're still healing.
Women's Circles at this practice are a space to step outside the clinical and into the ceremonial. We make herbal medicines together. We learn about our bodies. We talk about what the medical system hasn't made time to say. And we do it in a room full of women who are also paying attention to their health, their instincts, and their innate knowing.
This is community medicine. Mystical but real. Grounded in science and soaked in earth.
Each circle blends clinical knowledge with herbal tradition — so you leave with something you made, something you learned, and something you felt.
Each circle centres around creating something — a tincture, an herbal oil, a salve, a tea blend. You work with your hands. You learn the plants. You take something home.
Topics rotate — hormones, cycles, fertility, adrenals, nervous system health, digestion. Each circle offers clinical education in an accessible, conversational format.
We open and close with intention. There's ritual in how we gather, how we listen, and how we honour the knowledge being shared. No rushing. No performing.
The things women want to talk about but don't always have space for. Symptoms dismissed by doctors. Health fears. What it means to actually feel well in your body.
You will meet other women who are also paying attention. That alone can be profoundly healing. Connection is medicine — it's not a side effect.
Every circle, you leave with something you made. A physical medicine, in your hands, created with intention — and the knowledge to use it.
"There is medicine in being witnessed.
There is healing in finally being in a room where everyone gets it."
Women's Circles are for women who are done being rushed, dismissed, or handed a pamphlet. Come as you are. Bring your questions. Leave fuller.
Plants have been humanity's medicine for thousands of years. Botanical medicine is a core part of naturopathic practice — and one of the most empowering things a person can learn is how to use plants as medicine in their own life.
In circles, we work with plants that are accessible, effective, and safe. You'll learn why they work, not just what they're for. The chemistry, the history, the clinical evidence — all made tangible through making something with your hands.
You leave with a medicine and the knowledge to use it. That's how it should be.
