Ten years of listening
to what the body is really saying.

The Practice

Rooted in depth.
Driven by you.

I didn't become a naturopath to manage symptoms. I became one because I believe your body has an innate magic — a knowing — and most of us have just been taught to override it.

Over 10 years of practice I've seen the same thing again and again: patients arriving having spent years inside a system that gave them 10 minutes and a prescription. What got left out was them — their history, their patterns, their own quiet sense that something wasn't right.

In this practice, you get time and space. A real conversation. A doctor who listens past the symptom to the story underneath it. And when things finally click into place — when a patient says "I finally understand what's going on in my body" — that relief? That understanding is part of the medicine.

My approach is thorough and deeply personal. I look at your genetics, your lifestyle, your stress, your relationships, and the full arc of your health history. We find the root cause — and then we work together on your health trajectory. Not just getting you better. Building you better and better over time.

I work collaboratively with other medical professionals because the best medicine is integrated. Naturopathy and western medicine are not opposites — they are complements, and I strive to work with both in service of you.

There is a quiet power in a person who is genuinely well. It is one of the most profound acts of self-respect you can commit to — and it is never too late to start.
